Ill-treatment, disrespect and blatant ******

I write this formal complain to indicate that I’m flabbergasted and irritated by the treatment at Randfontein sheriff office. On the 1 June 2018 I walked into the office of Randfontein Sheriff to pay R800-00 for the warrant execution of cased 1523/18, a month later on the 3 July 2018 nothing was done during the period in between, I then paid R560, there after I was told no assets were found in the property of the plaintiff. No updated was given I was asked to write a letter to the sheriff to perform warrant of execution. I then requested to accompany one of the sheriff employee to identify the assets, indeed we identified assests and the lady advised the son of the plaintiff to write an affidavit if the assets belong to him. To my surprise the first visit which was conducted without my present no assets were found, what do you call that?? However things took a turn after the son of the plaintiff has compiled an affidavit on the 12 July 2018, no feedback or update was given to me until after a 3 weeks (mid-august 2018), I went to the Randfontein Sheriff Office and I was told that I must write a letter instructing the sheriff to do an Interpleader through the court, from there on wards I don’t know how many calls and personal visits that I made to your office, even after an Interpleader was obtain no updated was given to me as to why court date was obtained on the 26 September 2018. Note that during the period mentioned above, I called every second day, I came to your office almost every week and no feedback or updated after I left messages was given to me. On the 26 September 2018 I then took a copy of the court order to the sheriff office, after a week (04 October 2018) after calling every day requesting that an execution be performed I was told that the execution of the court order will only be permed on the 08 or 09 October 2018, this shows a clear disregard of me as a person and ****** attitude displaced by the employees at the Randfontein Sheriff Office. I therefore inform you that in the case that the plaintiff move the assets and the assets not found, I will hold you liable for the personal loss of money I have lost due to the Ill-treatment, disrespect and blatant ******.
