Street Lights

Street lights in James Street Homelake Randfontein has not been working for nearly a month now and I phoned the municipality to report the street lights. I received the following message from them on the 06/06/2019. Incident Application for Mr Piet Ref : RWC ********** has been logged and will be processed. And that where it stopped I have been phoning the municipality on the following telephone numbers ********** / 2536/ 2535 but as always there is no answer , I think none of the municipal numbers are still existing ? Who at the Gauteng Premiers office can I contact to try and get the street lights working again
