Randfontein municipality appauling

I have been living in the same house in Greenhills Randfontein for the past almost 14 years paying my monthly rates and taxes via stop order. What I can not understand is how this municipality thinks that it is in order to cut off your power at any time of day or night due to you owing a fee rand on your bill. Is there no one with any common sense working there that will actually think that this kind of action is obsurd. We go months on end without getting bills, yet we keep paying and still these individuals think it's fine to disconnect your power without any notice or warning and then they also have the odacity to charge us who pays to keep this municipality alive R400 per reconnection to get your power back on. Is it only me or is this municipality just there to fill their own pockets and ***** any paying customer of this town? Been trying to call to get some kind of feedback since 8pm and now 9:30pm and no answer on any of their advertised numbers at all. How can we as people of this town accept this total disgrace they call a service?
