NON SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>Our electricitty tripped once again on the pole outside the neighbours yard, my landlady repiorted it as soon as she arrived home at 5:30pm and was told that they will hand it over to the standby electrician. we phoned again at 7:30pm last night only to be told that the electrician is busy in Finsbury and will attend our problem as soon as he is done there. I phoned ********** 000 at 1:30 this morning only to be told that the electrician will only be attending our complaint after 6 this morning. ***!!!! is it too much hassle to bring the truck, go up in the cherry picker and flip a switch and go back down again. Bobs your uncle you are done, not even a 5 minute job. My landlady phoned late last night again and the standby electrician also informed her that he WILL NOT be here tonight. she then phoned his supervisor and complained and all the supervisor said is there is NOTHING that she can do, the electrician will only be here in the morning. One cannot complain about the service as there is none whatsoever! why do they call him a standby electrician, more like a lazy, sleeping electrician if you ask me. do they get paid to be on standby and resolve customers problems or are they paid to go home and sleep!!!!!!!!</p>
