After paying an outstanding bill on the 23rd, whereafter TWO members of Randfontein Municipality confirmed they received the money on the 24th. On Wednesday 25th Nov the water was turned off. <br> The head of credit control stated that the money was only received today 30 November (yes dear reader, that's a WEEK after original payment). As it is a 'bank to bank' issue. Weird as I paid from ABSA, and they have an account at ABSA.<br> <br> So technically my money has been 'floating in the air' somewhere in 'ABSA'. I think either ABSA needs to revisit their credit control policy or 'head of credit control' should ensure him and his team should convey the same true message.
