Useless admin staff.

Even though a 1 star rating is the lowest ,in my opinion these guys deserve a negative 5.

My reasoning for this is the fact that this guy's accounts department is unfortunately beyond unprofessional...super quick to hand you over to lawyers before even attempting to actually make proper contact with their clientele.

I had the horrible experience of being handed over to their attorneys even after paying off what to me was the last actual invoice obtained from them.To my horror 6 months later I get the phone call from their lawyer demanding a petty payment....they (Randfontein Dierehospitaal) had not even tried to contact me via work phone number ,cell phone or email..even a relative of mine is frequently there for assistance with her cats....(maybe think of asking what is wrong on my side or even if I'm alive?)..funny how their lawyer has the correct cell number!!!

The outstanding amount was a petty R800....for according to them vaccinations for my pet....to them a male dog...meantime my dog is FEMALE..not to mention the fact that what is the purpose of vaccinating the dog twice within 3 months span...something is wrong here guys!

Normally I would not have an issue with paying such an account but at least contact me!!

Even though I requested the actual owner of this practice to have the decency and contact me to resolve this disastrous handling of a customer no phone call has been received....guess there is no need to retain clientele!

I paid the account anyway but do feel that my good name has been drawn through the mud for someone not doing their job properly to start with.Shameful behaviour on the accounts department!

I would therefore honestly not advise anybody to visit this practice as to me there is absolutely no professional conduct!!!
