Damage to private property

<p>On the 22nd of June 2017, upon entering Uitenhage from Port Elizabeth on the R75, the wind blew a</p> <p>board from the construction site against my vehicle (white Golf VII) damaging the left side of my vehicle.</p> <p>The foreman on site admitted that it was from their construction that the board blew from....</p> <p>I was asked to get 3 quotes and to sent a copy of my drivers licence as they took pictures of the damages and the car licence disc</p> <p>Gave me an e-mail adress of Sonja and Travis to send all details to of the incident with the quotes and my drivers licence which i sent on the 07th July and communication was made again on the 17th July but no one of the firm even acknowledged that they received the e-mail and elevated it to the relevant person who deals with this....
