VERY BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT

No doubt the product here is good - but the customer experience is TERRIBLE. Floor Manager is rude and offensive, treats customers with arrogance and aggression and some of the cashiers are surly, sullen, unfriendly and borderline disrepectful. Such a shame - because the product is good. Never been treated that badly in any shop anywhere. Appalling!
