Bad service

Something needs to be done regarding the way local taxi driver treat their passengers. The association needs to have a platform where passengers are able to report bad driving and customer service by the driver to the association. A platform where passengers are assurance by the association that there will be consequences for the driver who are at fault. I for one have gotten tired of the way taxi drivers treat us as passengers, as if they are doing us a favor and we are not actually paying for the service. I feel that they behave in this manner because they know that we are unlikely to report the and if we do there is not much that is done by the offices. Something really need to be done!
