Shocking after sales service

I had my pool resurfaced at the end of November 2022 by Randburg Pool Services. The pool started developing brown stains from the beginning of January 2023. At first, the pool team tried to blame the stains on a tree that was close to the pool. The tree was removed inn thee middle of January,, but the stains continued to grow and spread over other parts of the pool. I tried continuously to contact management, and when they bothered to answer their phone, they kept on fobbing me off with one excuse after another. I eventually managed to get them to commit to repairing the pool in the middle of April. When they arrived, they didn't have the necessary equipment with them. When I asked where it was, the team phoned their boss who informed them that the equipment was my responsibility, which was not what was agreed. When I phoned them, they turned around and said that this was not their problem or responsibility. So now I sit with a stained resurfaced pool. Their after sale service is shocking.
