Randburg DLTC

I had a very horrible encounter with the lady who was doing my eye test at Randburg DLTC on the 28/01/2021. She kept on speaking a language that I did not understand even after I told her that I don't understand - Not every black person speaks SeTswana or whatever she was speaking. Then she did my first eye test, and she said I failed it, and gave me the report. She spelt my surname (off my ID) incorrectly, and I told her she did. Then when she did the second one, she still didn't correct my surname on her report, so why did she ask for my ID if she was going to ignore what's written on it? Then mid-test she said I must take off my glasses(I don't know why, because I'm blind as a bat without them) I told her I can't see without them, but she still insisted. Then she said I failed the test again, but when she gave me the report, it was blank. there was a time during the test when it was blank, and I told her it's blank, there's nothing, it's just black, she said I'm lying, it's impossible for it to be blank. Then she asked me which side the light was(it was on my right) then I said "right" she said I must move the joystick to the right then she said "You're failing" (in her language, I had to change to my language in order for her to speak in the English that I've been addressing her in.) unless right isn't right anymore, then I don't know! Her name on the report is Bamza. And she wasn't just rude to me, even to the girl that was doing the test before me, for which she also "failed". That lady is beyond disrespectful and she also gave me a blank report and said I failed the eye test.
