Online booking system for drivers licence renewal Randburg

Made online booking for today 9:50. Had to be there 1 hour before time, thus 8:50. Even with booking time had to stand in same queue as rest. Clients with booking time way after mine were helped before me because....they were in the queue before me...On questioning that the answer was...that is how we work here. I had all my documents ready as well as eye test and only left the building at 12:25. 3.5 hours to go through a procedure that only needs to last 15 minutes. Check documents, fingerprints, electronic photo and payment. Steer clear of this station.
