Dishonest Dentist

I am a pensioner with little income I visited Dr Rothstein in February and came out after a Root Canal with a hole in the filling. I explained I was a pensioner with little money, he finished root canal and on way out said I needed to return for a crown in next 6 months, I had no money and complained the R3000 or 3500 I had to pay for root canal was too much let alone have to pay R6000 for a crown on top of the root canal. After 10 months the tooth chipped I returned he refused to fix the filling and wanted me to pay again if he did. If the tooth was too weak he should have pulled the tooth not fill it with the high cost of a root canal in the first place, then said I should return to payR6000 I said I don't have R6000. How can they do this to out of pocket pensioners. Is this fair? He took out the whole filling I have returned home with a hole in my mouth. Out right *******.
