Dentist created a hole

<p>Dr Lester Frankel at Randburg Dental Centre put a hole in my mouth.At the bottom of my teeth using a metal dental tool.After creating a hole and yanking my teeth seeing that I'm in pain.He proceed to scold me for not taking care of my teeth. Upon leaving my tongue became visible in the new hole at the bottom.</p>
