Revolting service at randburg municipal clinic

I sent my daughter who is 12yrs old with her big sister today to get a 12year old immunisation. They were there from around 11:30 - 15:00 & no one was helping them. Everyone who was there was just walking up & down but no one bothered to help them. Unti a gentlemen went to them & told them to come back tomorrow cause no one is working today. So tell me what the hell are they open for if they are not working?? How syre are we that they will feel like working tomorrow???? Do we have to write to the minister for something to be done??? Let me know if i have to write an open letter to the minister before we get service.
