Poor service

visited the community clinic Tuesday the 14th of August, i didn't have my identity document with me because i wasn't aware that i should bring it whenever i visit the clinic. i was asked by the man working in front of office for my ID, told him i didn't have it with me, he literally told me, 'cant i read that i should bring the ID whenever i visit the clinic', he refuse to assist me and called another patient to come through and told me to wait for someone to assist me because he is busy assisting patience with ID document with them, when i asked for his name, he refuse to give me. he was wearing a zcc barge. he doesn't have a good communication s****, he doesn't deserve to work in a front office, he is not friendly and welcoming, he is very impatient and shouts patients. i even left the clinic without being assisted because of the service i got from that old man.
