Ignorance
I've been using this clinic for more than a year for my family planning (contraceptives) 2day again I've been here for an hour, people who came here before me left with no one attending to them
No one is able to explain or at least assist if the sister in room 5 is gone for lunch, we live work come here for this service bcoz its just a in & out consultation that does not even take 5minutes, BT we always have to wait for hours, the only response is the staff is not enough, but if the sister is on lunch is there no one who is suppose to be assisting in that hour
Right now it looks like all the nurses available are on lunch
