Bad service

I am very disappointed in the service received from the staff at the Randburg Clinic. I was there today 12/12/2022 for family planning services. I was the only patient there for the services requested and i sat were i was told to sit for close to an hour with no one attending to me. I eventually stood to ask what the delay was and one of the staff members said she'll remind whoever that needs to attend to me that i was still waiting. 10min later i decided to get up and leave. still no one bothered to ask if i had received assistance. I am writing this review because it is the 3rd time i receive a bad service from the clinic. The 1st instance i sat with 4other patients all for family planning services for almost 2hours with no one attending to us. I am disappointed and frustrated as this is the nearest clinic i can go to close to my work when I need services during the week. I called the clinic to lay this complaint as soon as i got back at the office on this day 12/12/2022 and I spoke to the 2nd in charge of the clinic Kelebogile, she has since said she will call me back because the clinic is quiet and sees no reason for such a long wait.
