Randburg clinic and it's poor service

Yho I asked for a half day at work so I can quickly go to the clinic to start taking antenatals, mind you in from work. When I got here we waited outside for 3 whole hours, so it was time to go to the window for identification, they told me that I came late and I should be there by 7am, okay I don't dispute that, but what time does the clinic close?? And we also work we need to ask from our bosses for a day especially if you don't have anymore sick leave days... and there is no privacy there!!! The ladies at the window are rude and don't respect people's privacy
