Terrible communication and service

Hi I also have been having a terrible time to get a hold of them You phone then get told the technician will give you a call which never ever happens

They came last week to repair my fridge/ freezer took my parts and now they haven’t rep**** or called in a week with any feedback or returned my parts.

The communication of this company is horrible I phone daily to find out what is happening I need it my parts back and need an answer Don’t use them, we’ve handed it over to our insurance company
