Bad service rand west breake and clatch

I took my ford fiesta to rand west b&c on friday morning to have just the thrust bearing repaired, they phoned me and said my car is almost done,I can collect it at three. When we got there they weren't finished so we waited, they jacked the car up to get the tressles out, but they they've placed the jack under the gearbox, the jack got stuck when they tried to lower it and suddenly came down. They struggled to get the car in reverse, the guy adjusted something and off he went on a test drive, he stayed away very long, returned no car, grabbed slanners and said it next to the road. Two hours later they came back, pushing my car back, I saw the gearbox was hanging from under the car, when I looked they broke the gearbox bracket off, obviously from the jacking incedent. After a long fight they said they will phone the boss the next day. Saturday morning they said they will weld it back, I said no, it wasn't welded I want it as it was before. I told them I am on my way, when I got there by just past ten, they have locked up and left, their hours show they are open till 12 and they knew I was on my way. I phoned the number on their bord and the owner picked up and after we spoke for a while he promised to sort it out on monday as he is in durban and returns on sunday. Monday when we phoned the office lady said the boss left to go collect the part to put in. They phoned and we went to collect the car monday afternoon. When we checked they welded it back, no part that was collected, when I started the car the noise was even worse than when it was brought in, when confronting the owner he said he will not fix it, he is a lot bigger than we are, we can do whatever we want. When we drove home the noise was terrible, I had to take it in to another place this morning to fix the mess they made that will now cost a fortune
