water reports

Good day

I have been reporting a pipe burst in White City Jabavu from the 5th August and nothing has been done till now. Here are the references **********, ********** and **********. It is next to the Eskom danger box and the sad thing is kids are playing there and something bad might happen. I did a follow up yesterday and I was told to call the wear house and still I was not assisted. What should we do as citizens to fight this water problem we facing? Now the electricity has been shut down for a month while they claim pre-paid needs to be installed but only in few areas. load-shading is a national crises and it seems as if someone got a tender for prepaid now the senior citizen are suffering because of peoples greed.
