Rand water -Heidelberg Gauteng/Lesedi weeks without water

It's been now 17 days that Heidelberg Gauteng have no water. You can report,call send emails. Rand water says that its Lesedi and Lesedi says,they have proof it's Randwater. None the less everyone in Heidelberg is struggling, can't do laundry,use tiolet,wash/shower and it's effecting all local businesses. Because the sewage can't flow without water,flies and other pest,that health concern are becoming. This is not the first time though,since 1 March 2023 we have every month the same problems.sometimes we are lucky that it's just for a few days,but mostly it's for week's.... Even though we don't have water,we receive high utility bills. And no one takes responsibility,you can't do anything as a resident of Heidelberg, you must just pay and smile and wave.
