What the HELL is happening with RAND WATER!! The entire board should be fired for mismanagement and incompetence!!!

Just last week, we experienced a complete water cut for 6 days!!! CoT blames Rand Water, and Rand Water blames the City of Tshwane!!! Why must we, the citizens of this country, be forced to pay water bills when there is absolutely no customer service, and zero communication!!!
