No water for 11 days already - and this is not the first time you don't deliver water to Heidelberg. Come on Rand Water. You blame Lesedi Municipality and they blame you. PLEASE DELIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
