Rand Water 10 days No Water Kenmare Krugersdorp

We've been sitting without water for 10days now. Rand water had maintenance and after the maintenance never waited for the levels to go up before opening the water supply. We have a new born baby at home now. We can't bath drink water and also my small farming business is suffer because of no water! Rand water is blaming Mogale city munsipality and Mogale blaming Rand water like always. Why don't they just sent Technicians to go and close the water at night for 4 hours for 2 night when everyone is asleep and build the water supply. This is unacceptable we pay for water and price hikes every two months but no service bad qaulity in water. Also the meters running high with the air bubbles and we have to pay. But no service and no urgency to help their customers. Don't care about customer. Rand water service you paying customers!!!
