Poor quality of service and no being up front from them.

My experience with them not so good they said 54 hour maintenance period from this Monday to Wednesday. I get home had water pressure was low. This Thursday morning there is no water, what the hell sick jokes are these idiots playing on us residents of the South of Jhb while they sit in their ivory towers collecting salaries for doing nothing. My thing maintenence period is over what ever problems they have is their own and they shouldn't make their problems ours. Bad enough they violating our right to a basic service some of us are paying for. I'm the one that is paying. They are at the least not fit for human consumption if this how they go about doing things.
