no water since the 25 November 2016

<p>I have a serious problem of not having water since friday 25 November,i sopke to the guys from Johanneburg water that there were working on Saturday afternoon,they assured me that they will fix everything the same night,nothing happened ,i called again at the call center they just gave me a reference and they promised to send the guys to come and check the problem,nothing happened till today,im paying everymonth for the service that im not even receiving ,i cant have a proper bath i cant even do my my washing,</p>
