NO WATER

Good day, last week week we had no water for 3 consecutive days. The water went off from 10am and only returned the following morning. Yesterday again we did not have water the entire day and night nor did it return this morning at 5am. I find this very concerning as the area was firstly not notified, secondly we are paying for a service we are not receiving, thirdly we have no idea how long this problem is going to persist, let alone what the exact problem is. Furthermore when the water is cut off for long periods, shouldn't those water tankers/dispensers be sent to the affected area which was not done in this instance. It really makes me wonder whether the water supplier is even aware of the problem. Kindly advise. Regards, CONCERNED!!!!
