No water

From May I had a problem of not having water only at my place, reported de matter dey came to fix, a week later same thing happened, someone came to fix... Every after two weeks I experiance the very same problem and when you report you actually have to make a followup for someone to come.... Whats the point of having a prepaid meter if Im going to struggle so much with water...? Why can't they change the stupid meter cause they can clearly notice that there is a problem with this meter..... <br> <br> Adress is 21011 Raspberry street, protea glen ext 29, soweto.
