Manage Up!!!! Give us water!!!

We have no water in Heidelberg for almost a month now!!!! How is this fair!!!! Rand Water says it our municipality... Our municipality says it's Rand water!!!! It's always a burst pipe or maintenance (once a month) bull!!!!... This is the longest now can u imagine ONE MONTH WITHOUT WATER!!! but you have parties! HOLIDAYS!! conference's And I can bet everyone that works for the municipality and Rand Water Have water!!!! ... GIVE US WATER😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
