JHB WATER LACK OF SERVICE

<p>I work at Linbro Park in Linbro crossing at Third Road, for the past two days we have been experiencing water shortage because of a burst pipe up the road. I called JHB Water to report the matter and i was given a reference number, and today i called and i was told that their guys will be in the area to fix the pipe around nine to no avail. It is amazing to be told to save water yet when we report a burst pipe JHB Water takes long to answer calls and they drag their feet to fix burst pipes. Honestly i am disgusted at their customer service.</p>
