Human Rights Violation

Residents of the Govan Mbeki Municipality have no water! Residents pay their monthly bill and water has been turned off completely due to the incompetence and *******ion of local politicians, so Rand Water decided to punish the people. In the midst of a pandemic and Loadshedding now we dont have water, how am I supposed to practice safe hygiene with no water? This is a violation of Human Rights.
