Complaint

I would to like to report a lady by the name of Phumele she is at accounts as a supervisor. ********** 060

I called the rand water customer service as i had a blocked drain no one was picking up, i had to recharge 3 times and the only department that was picking up was the accounts department.How ever because i wasn't getting through because of waiting to speak to a consultant i decided to call again for the fourth time and go to the accounts department as they were the only department answering i was angry very angry that i told the available agent i wanted to speak to the available supervisor.

A lady named by Phumelelo answered and asked for her assistance to me: I reported that i have been calling the call center for a while no one is picking up, and i there for decided i pass the massage to you guys or would like to be transferred straight to the correct department as i am failing to get through no one is picking up please assist me. Phumelelo there for told me i am at accounts but she will go there herself as its is not that far,because i was very angry i told her can she please make it in less than thirty minutes as i have been calling the call center and no one is answering just waiting for an agent while the music played and finished my airtime every time i called .The lady therefore answered me very rudely and said,that's not her call she wont do that for me and she doesn't even care because I'm forcing her and i told her that I'm not forcing you,I'm telling you as a customer and understand its not your department .This lady told me she wont go there and told me i can report her if i want she will just send an email which she didn't and said to me you know what i don't care any more i wont send anything, this is the accounts department and i don't care if your airtime gets finished .She talked over me a lot of times we were arguing with this lady and my yard was overflowing with **** and water everywhere.

I'm disappointing over the service i received over that lady Phumelelo she is rude and i understand my frustrations because i was the one suffering and all she could do was ague with me the whole night she doesn't have Empathy over customers as long as she told the customer her rights and that's it.When i asked her to drop she then offered to transfer me to the correct manager and i there for dropped the call.

How ever a team came later after we called our counselor and he fixed everything for us the guys were amazing Big ups to the hard Labor guys as they do their job with love and respect for their customers.
