Fed up... Worst service, poor service delivery

I've been going through the most difficult service with this school. A month ago we decided to remove my cousin from the school. We sent a email to the admin office to refund the school fees,we gave all necessary information and paperwork.

After a month going back and forth with no help. I decided to start calling there's always no one in accounts to give me feed back im doing the run arounds, why am I the one who has to keep calling for feed back. The Friday 31/05/2019 i was told theres no one in office i was told to call Monday, Monday they said Tuesday 04/06/19 the money would be in the account. Tuesday came no money. I called a again first they said no one is in office then they past me over to a lady who was rude, yelling no patience and not even listening to what im saying, telling me to start the process again. After a month and a half really!! ???? I don't want to start any process again i just want this resolved ????.

Firstly when a child does not pay school fees they quick to chase the child home. When its their turn to honor a refund you go back and forth with no help. Hypocrites. Give back the money ????
