Beware of Rand Transmission Company

I bought some v- belts and made an over payment as they had no stock of some of the belts. I have been trying to get my refund and its a hell to get it back. I'm told Mr Schalk Snyman does the refund but not sure this guy even works there. The receptionist no longer picks my number if i call with a different number she picks and puts me on hold for ever. I actually think they invoiced knowing that they dont have the stuff and wouldnt refund me. Beware of this company
