Rand Towing Group is full of ****

On the 19th November 2023 I had a break down and requested AA Roadside Assistance to assist me with a tow and unfortunately for me, AA Roadside Assistance assigned the job to Rand Towing Group (a towing company that is well known on the streets for ****ming and *****ing people's belongings and vehicle's) to come and tow me home.

Theuns Engelbrecht was the driver, a very old man, he damaged the front bumper of my car while lifting it on the tow truck and damaged it some more when he and 2 other drunk men helped him push the car in the yard.

I reported the 2 damages to AA Roadside Assistance the very next morning. They weren't very much helpful so I personally went to meet Francois, the owner of Rand Towing Group at their premises, 54 Radio Road, Alberton North, showed him the damages and he promised that he'll get me a replacement bumper for my 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190e W201 by month end February 2024.

It's the 18th April 2024 and Francois is still lying to me unnecessarily. He keeps saying that my bumper will arrive in a few days ever since our first interaction. He was quite rude and extremely condescending over the phone when we last spoke a few days ago. As a businessman myself whose also in the motor industry as well, I'm pleading with anyone, including you AA Roadside Assistance, DO NOT use Rand Towing Group going forward.
