Bad Service.

This company towed my vehicle from an accident without explaining wll chwrges to me. They then phone me with a reeiculous amount outstanding but say that they will work it it in and help ke. I will be phoned back to make an appointment to come see them. I never got the call ws promised. Now i need my vehicle released so that i can take it somewhere where they will assist me in giving me quotations on repairs. Again i get served with a huge bill thwt has to be paid. They refuse to release the car but also they are not giving kebquotes as requested.
