Disgusted stay away

Absolute horrible customer service. I bought shoes at quagga branch and shoes were not suitable. I tried returning it to wonderpark branch only to find out that THIS shop do not accept refunds or returns or returns for shoes bought from another branch. I was threwn with my slip and was treated rudely by the manager pulani and the salesperson olivia.Absolute BULL$% as no where is it stipulated anywhere that refunds or returns are not allowed. In these trying times you need to retain customers not chase them away. Anyways i will NEVER EVER shop there again!!!!!!!!
