Despicable customer service

Do not buy from them. Experienced the most horrible customer service from the manager Pulani and shop sales lady Olivia.not only was they rude they threw my slip back at me. I was trying to refund a pair of shoes. Olivia first advised that i need to return the shoes for something else that they do not refund. When i got another pair the policy changed again I NEEDED to go back to another branch where i iniatially bought the shoes from and return or exchange it there. NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THAT THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ON THE SLIP IT SHOWS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
