Rand funerals-Brixton,Johannesburg

This funeral parlour provided us with the worst experience, we were told that the he**** would arrive with my mothers body at 09:00 am but they actually came at 08:00 am ,an hour too early,everyone and everything was so rushed,the he**** driver left without any family in the car and still had the nerve to justify he was right for doing so ,they didn’t even laminate the pamphlets and the pamphlets looked a mess afterwards,there were many typos in the pamphlets aswell ,we asked the parlour to change the size of the font for the poem put in the pamphlets and they didn’t even bother to change it at all,they just copied and pasted the poem we sent them,my mother honestly deserved so much better than the service they provided us with the past weekend,highly do not recommend this funeral parlour,service and communication was absolutely terrible,they also interrupted the end of the service by taking my mothers coffin while the word of thanks was being said which i found quite disrespectful, i don’t understand why they were so rushed and in a hurry,and just to clarify this is the rand funerals in brixton.
