Beware Rand Firewood

As was the case this time last year (about mid August) ,once again you choose to not respond to phone calls or emails . This with complete disregard to loyal customers and their needs. I assume you will be keen on their business again next year when it ,once again,suits you. You do not even have the decency to warn your customers that you intend to close down for the year and that you will not answer any calls or emails.
