You will never get an answer as to what happened to you animal. Sever malpractic

This is just in short -Dr de Cramer told me in that my dog is going to die because of liver/milt complications and said to deal with it as life happenes. Then Dr Hubert told me the following day there NOTHING wrong with my dog,he only has gastro. I asked him about this and he clearly said to both me and my mother that the dog is fine to go home the next day. An hour later a was called BACK IN to tell me my dog has approx 3 to 6 or 9 months left to live and we have to deal with it. He never listened to me the month before going back when I had my animal there and asked him to do a complete checkup. He said my dog's just old because of cancerous looking pollup show up on a sonar,yet no further investigati was done. After being truamatised by him,my whole family sat and cried for more than a week now. He didn't even have the decency to apologize about HIS own mistakes. I had a follow up appointment with him today and I live quite far from his practice,yesterday I spoke to the reception lady Emily,of which I have all the whatsapp texts calls ,details and evidence,only to get there,and deny my animal urgent medical care!!!!!!!But he was not willing to say it to may face and once again,used another Dr H7nnart to play his dirty work to tell me my animal isn't allowed there ,he will deny all medical resource and help toward an animal,THAT WAS UNDER HIS CARE!!!!! NEVER IN MY 15 YEARS of going there have I received such malpractice and neglagence. Till this day I still am not informed of what PRECISELY his condition is called,to take forward,and I was told by Dr Cramer to accept the fact that he's gonna die. Not helping with any other possible motives of easing him. And quite frankly,I dont have any paperwork of the sonars, or WHAT HIS DIAGNOSIS WAS.!!!!Save yourself the heartache,it sadly is not the practice it used to be 10 years ago. It all about money en not animals. Any.or3. He cahrwd me tousands of rands for 2 nightls slewp,im talking close to R7-8 THOUSAND. I can now longer without having a guilty consuence refe anyone to these people and I object to the public ,if I ever reffered hom to you,im terribly sorry. Buy he took an oath,and broke that oath,by wanting to deny urgent care to his own patient. He does not care,he does not even want to speak to you,or runs and locks himself away. He has to send Dr Hubert to do all his dirty work and speeches feim him,which is unethic,unprofessional, and degradi g to bot his fellow Drs,staff and patients.
