THE STAFF ARE ALSO MENTAL

Dear sir - I was transfeerred from Poortview Mental Hospital to Rand Clinic Hillbrow, mental unit. I was seen by a psychiatrist Dr Chiman. I can not understand the reason as I am not a mental case. I contacted the Rand Clinic to get my statement of account, nobody can help me, I even emailed heas office. I need to make a claim against my insurance and report all of the to HSCPA. The only thing nice in that hospital was the food, most of the staff or nurses were rude. Amonst all the nurse there was just twof them were friendly
