Faulty Bed

In November 2011 we bought amongst other things, a bed from Furniture City in Fourways. Since about a year after we bought the bed, we started noticing that the bed is sagging, its got a massive dip in the middle and we can feel the springs poking us every night. We tried contacting Furniture City and were sent from pillar to post and now the shops are close, I contacted Shoneez from King Koil and she referred us to Rand Bedding. My worry is that we are stuck with this bed with no one who is willing to assist us. WHAT MUST HAPPEN NOW????...
