Bad Workmanship and Customer service

They fitted Doors and windows with installation in our premise's.

The "Builders" that were sent to do the installation were extremely bad. and I refused to pay them in full for the Installation due to the poor workmanship.

the pivot door has huge gaps on it where water is coming through, and they refuse to come and fix due to the short payment of the installation.

extremely disappointed when Amex told me that the warrantee on the doors and windows is null and void.

Highly disappointed and saddened as I spent over R50k. and so unsatisfied.
