I would like to appreciate the excellent and speedy service I received from Dalita Ramwell, and her team in managing the transfer of my Sandton property to the new owner. Dalita managed this on my behalf as I live in a very small town in the Eastern Cape. Nothing was too much trouble - from collecting documents couriered to taking calls at night and following up on issues that would not usually be the responsibility of a conveyancer.
