WARNING - Terrible service

BE CAREFUL, these guys are ********. READ THE FINE PRINT when taking the 3 month payment. READ THEIR DISCLAIMER NOTICE. Had our car taken there to Kempton park as the head gasket popped. After many phone calls, we were told the car will be ready for collection, they will call us the same day before 13h00. Nobody called. We drove through only to find after 2 hours standing and waiting while the mac is still working on the car, that they had damaged the dipstick pipe and were waiting for the part. After paying more than half the deposit of R10000.00, was the only time they phoned us. The still get sworn at by the stores manager. When we requested how the payment works for the 3 month, our question was if you pay the deposit and the car is repaired you can drive the car and pay off monthly, on the voice recording it was confirmed "YES". We get there to collect the car only to find that the engine cover is missing, the license disc gone, the interior is full of oil, there are chips on the body that were not there before. AND to top it off they charge us the additional R7k to remove the vehicle. No one sent us any form of paperwork for credit facilities.... I would not rate their service, because there is none.. So a day later the car breaks down again with the same cooling issues
