Ramwagen are nothing but ****s

So my Volkswagen golf broke down I took it to RamWagen, they told me to fix my vehicle would be r28000 and only to fix the engine so I agreed. 2 weeks down the line I expect to collect my vehicle I was told they haven't started and its now goin to cost me 38000 to fix. because I cannot afford that I told them I will fetch my vehicle they charging me r13000 for storage. how is that possible I must pay but they did not fix my vehicle. I did not ask them to take the price up they don't don't even call I always have to follow up with up with them If I called after 3-4weeks I was going to pay even more.

I then told them I am fetching my vehicle tomorrow the 13th of November I'm then told If you fetch your vehicle tomorrow we will charge u R20000 but If I fetch it on Monday the 13th of November they will charge 13000.00 How is that possible so they just need time to ***** parts in my car or what?

Wooow some people know how to make money..... I am disgusted by the service I received I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their vehicles there.
