Racial comments and Bad service

Set in my car for repairs on 21.08.2017 and collected it on 26.08.2017 I noticed that the problem with my clutches is still there ,spoke to the sales manager Gerit he asked if i could come in early on Sunday the 27th, l was the first customer but that did not help he instead helped 2 white customers that came after me upon asking him that l have been sitting for more than 4 hours and my car has not be touched , on top of his voice he said I quote " WHY THE HELL ARE YOU BARKING ! " In a polite way l asked him am l a dog since his asking why am l barking ? his repose was he does not care I can report where l want . l feel this is ********* and ****** to ask why am barking moreover l paid for the service that l was never given , I even went an extra expense of buying a new clutches as one of the mechanics broke the first one while testing it , Please be warned RAM WAGEN IS ****** AND BAD SERVICE !!!!
